| hotel idealement situé ....seul bemol : insonorité on entends les personnes qui rentrent tard, les ouvriers des travaux, les livraisons de supermarché à l'aube, la boite de nuit |

| No primeiro dia me colocaram em um quarto péssimo, mínimo e sem qualquer semelhamça com o que constava no site do hotel (368). Após reclamar, no dia seguinte, me deram um novo quarto condizente com o que eu havia reservado. Os amenities ficam todos presos na paredes e o secador de cabelo tb, nada típico de um hotel que se entitula 5 estrelas. Tirando isso, o segundo quarto que eu fiquei é espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O bar do hotel é excelente! Voltaria ao hotel, mas com outra expectativa. |

| But that was because someone left the window open. It was a fantastic experience actually, close to Picadelly and 10 min to Oxford street. |

| Mayfair was as nice as it gets in London. And a great bar with top dining options close and tube station just outside. Highly recommend. |

| Fabulous location, fabulous everything. Great bar which is only open to residents and friends, opposite Nobu which is brilliant for watching the rich and famous. Everything else is as you would expect from a 5* but don't always get! |
